Since 1952 and for 3 generations, the STEIAKAKI family has continued to produce excellent products in a traditional way, without preservatives, on modern equipment. Their raw material is local milk, collected daily in the Messara area of ​​​​the prefecture of Heraklion, Crete. Thanks to the excellent raw material, that is, the milk used, their stable and excellent quality of products is determined, since it comes from animals freely grazing in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas Crete.
