Beaujolais Vieilles Vignes Rouge Cave des Grands Crus Blancs

$14.04 $19.52
DescriptionCave des Grands Crus Blancs is based in Burgundy, a region steeped in history with world renowned wines. Founded in 1929 this cooperative is one of the shining lights in the area, they make very high quality wines that are produced with care in a traditional winery that also uses malolactic fermentation. The result is a long lived, smooth, almost creamy texture in the wines, which are most appealing. The cooperative specialises in Chardonnay and Gamay, both characteristic of the Burgundy region. They are respectful of the environment, using pesticides as infrequently as possible and only when strictly necessary. Grass is grown between the vines to keep the soil healthy and help with biodiversity in the vineyard.
