Côteaux de Languedoc ‘Les Dames de Ricardelle’ 2022, Château Ricardelle

DescriptionChateau Ricardelle was already well established in the 14th century; however, the vineyards are first described only in 1696 when the Duc de Fleury purchased the Chateau and its estate. The Chateau is situated just outside Narbonne in the Massif de La Clape where vines have been farmed since Roman times and the vineyard is bathed in Mediterranean sunlight. A mixture of traditional and modern techniques are used by the winemaker, to ensure innovation whilst respecting both the terroir and the environment.
