DescriptionDomaine de la Pinède is a family run business that has been passed down from father to son since 1870. The current owner took it over in 1975 and has been working hard ever since to continually improve the quality of the wines he produces. They take into account the choices of varietals, the blends and planting of new vines, whilst still keeping the average age at 30 years, a requirement for Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Techniques have been modified and modernised over the years to help control temperatures during the vinification process, which is now supervised by an expert. The wines have little intervention and are simply rested and filtered before being tasted and bottled.
