DescriptionConker Spirit was founded in 2014 by Rupert Holloway after he quit his job, with only an idea to create a gin from Dorset. It took some time to be able to fulfil this dream, but after trying many different recipes and foraging across Dorset for botanicals to add to the mix he settled on recipe 38, and the first Dorset Gin was created! Conker have now grown an excellent reputation for themselves, producing award-winning spirits but maintaining their original focus; on local ingredients, hands-on-production and an emphasis on authenticity over mass production.
