DescriptionPoetic License Distillery is a micro-distillery based in Sunderland, North East England. It was founded by Mark Hind, in 2015, and is located in the Roker Hotel. They use a 500 litre custom hybrid still, called Gracie, to create their range of award winning products. Since it was founded they have gone from strength to strength, expanding to include a range of liqueurs and also seasonal/limited-edition releases.
