Rusks with raisins are little bites of childhood, filled with warmth and comfort. Crunchy with a hint of raisin sweetness, they evoke memories of family tea times and traditions that warm the heart. Each crumb is a taste of nostalgia and joy. Today’s modern and high-tech enterprise, BKK GRUPP LLC, has a rich history. The first bread production took place in 1947 at the Stalin Bread Factory, which was built on the site of the Saturn Cinema, destroyed during the war. It consisted of a single workshop equipped with two production lines, producing small-piece baked goods, sliced loaves, and rolls. In subsequent years, a large bakery and confectionery workshop, as well as a workshop for producing straws and bagels, were built. In 1957, Bakery Plants No. 3 and No. 7 were merged with Bakery Plant No. 5, producing gingerbread and ring-shaped buns. That same year, the company was renamed “Donetsk Bakery and Confectionery Plant,” and since then, the acronym “BKK” has become its calling card and a guarantee of quality and taste. Today, BKK GROUP carefully preserves the traditions of quality and taste established over 70 years ago. Production is provided by two bakeries, with a capacity of 35,000 tons of baked goods and long-life products per year. We have become the number one producer in the Republic of Donetsk for pretzels, sticks, rusks, gingerbread, and oatmeal cookies. We are establishing international cooperation, leveraging our accumulated experience with more than 11 countries worldwide. The quality of BKK GROUP’s products is ensured by manufacturing on technological equipment from leading global brands such as Ulma, Gostol, Ishida, ShMZ, and others. BKK GROUP LLC’s facilities have implemented and maintain a quality management system and a food safety management system. Each bakery has its own laboratory, where strict quality control of incoming raw materials and finished products is performed. All our products are certified according to Russian and Eurasian Economic Union standards. Well-established logistics and our own fleet of vehicles allow us to serve both retail customers and large retailers and distributors.
